So this past weekend I got to see my husband. YAY! It was sooo freaking wonderful! He is doing well, the DS's call him "squared away", which apparently means that he does well and keeps out of trouble, which actually his is one of ten out of 230+ guys that are "squared away". So yeah, he is doing amazingly well, his platoon is kicking the other platoons asses. LOL. Apparently they have won all the challenges against the other platoons. Of course we all knew that he would do well in the military, it's just his thing. I am so proud of him and I'm loving being an Army wife. I am so glad that he is a soldier, and he looks so damn good in his uniform, lol. So my weekend was nothing short of amazing, it was great getting to spend time with him, and meeting some of his friends, and just f*cking the hell out of him. tehe! I can't wait to see him again, which is going to be July 2nd. He "turns blue" that day, gets his blue cord that signifies his as an infantry soldier. I get to be with him until the 7th, then he reports back for airborne. After that it should get a bit easier. He will be allowed to call me, and I believe he gets the weekends off so I can go down and see him. YAY! After he is finished with airorne he goes to Fort Bragg to start the SF process. After about 6 weeks I think, I should be able to move there with him. WOOT! So excited about that. Well that is all for now, I'm pretty tired and don't really feel like going into much detail.
